About me
I’m a blogger and late diagnosed ADHDer. I write about ADHD, trauma, narcissistic abuse, toxic people, bullying, and all things related to mental health.
I was born in the 80’s and I was raised by a single mum. I didn’t see much of my dad after my parents got divorced, which really affected my life.
I suffered from depression and anxiety from an early age and I never really felt like I fitted in.
I struggled with depression from an early age, and I never felt like I truly fitted in.
I had a very chaotic life, in so many ways. Everything seemed out of my control.
I was like a tornado, always causing destruction!
Little did I know, I had ADHD. I wasn’t diagnosed until my 30’s and by then, my life was almost completely destroyed.
I was the absolute Queen of self-sabotage, and I’m still learning to pick up the pieces of my shattered life.
I was also a magnet for narcissists and experienced a lot of narcissistic abuse. Due to my experiences, I’m passionate about spreading awareness around this.
I have always loved writing and I’d considered starting a blog for a very long time. I’m really happy to have finally done it!
I also enjoy photography, art, and binge watching a gritty crime drama!
I’m an animal lover and I’ve always been a pet owner. Pets just make life better!
I’m the proud parent of a Ragdoll cat. He’s a complete sweetheart and occasional little monster, as he likes bugging me to play, all the time!
